Monthly child benefit

The payment is provided only to low-income families in which the average monthly income of all family members per each is not higher than the regional subsistence level established in the current quarter of the year. One of the parents of this family can apply for benefits for each child under 16 years of age registered with him at the same place of residence in the territory of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

The benefit can be extended until the child reaches adulthood if he:

  • continues to study at a comprehensive school;
  • is disabled and therefore does not work or study at a school, technical school or university;
  • released from a correctional colony.

The main condition for receiving this payment is that both able-bodied (women aged 16 to 55 years, men aged 16 to 60 years) spouses of a low-income family must be officially employed or study full-time at an educational institution, with the only exceptions being the following categories of citizens :

  • disabled people;
  • pregnant women from the 20th week;
  • having the status of unemployed, that is, registered as job seekers at the regional employment center (CEC);
  • caring for at least one of the following persons who require constant outside supervision:
    • child under 3 years old;
    • a disabled minor child;
    • elderly over 80 years of age;
    • disabled person of group I;
  • parents with many children living in rural areas;
  • single parent of a single-parent family;
  • one of the parents of a large family;
  • parents of a child aged 14 to 18 released from a correctional colony.

Foreign citizens with permanent residence in the territory of Tatarstan are provided with a residence permit . Refugees from foreign countries - an appropriate certificate confirming their status.

To apply for benefits for children under guardianship, guardians and trustees are required to provide an extract from the decision to establish guardianship and a certificate stating that they did not apply for funds to support the child.

This payment is provided only to low-income families when two, three or more children are born at the same time. The benefit is assigned for each child born as a result of a given multiple pregnancy, and is paid until these children reach the age of 3 years.

Monthly allowance for caring for a disabled child

  • For families raising a disabled minor child, in addition to payments provided by the Pension Fund: disability pensions, benefits for caring for this child (Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of February 26, 2013 No. 175 “On monthly payments to persons caring for disabled children...” ), the district social protection department pays an additional regional benefit for disabled children .
  • It can be issued by a non-working able-bodied citizen who actually cares for the child, regardless of cohabitation and the presence of family relationships.
  • Large low-income families living in the republic are provided with an additional monthly payment for each native, adopted or ward child raised in the family under the age of 16 or 23 if he is a school student or a student at a higher or secondary vocational educational institution.

Monthly cash payment to children from 1.5 to 3 years old from a large family

EDV is provided to low-income families for each child, starting with the third in number born to a given mother. The income of a given family should not exceed the subsistence minimum established for children in a given region.

The benefit is paid only for one and a half years after the child reaches the age of 1.5 years and until he turns 3 years old.

So, after the end of the state care allowance, a mother with many children will be provided with this regional payment until the end of maternity leave.

If a family has issued a monthly allowance for the same child, then the EDV will be assigned only on the basis of an application from one of the parents. That is, in addition to assigning an EDV, you do not need to provide any documents in this case.

For parents raising nine or more not only relatives, but also foster, adopted and guardianship children, according to the regional program for supporting large families, local authorities from January 1, 2015 provide these families with an additional one-time payment in the amount of 600 thousand rubles . Previously, instead of this benefit, large families with 9 or more children were given a vehicle, namely a GAZelle minibus.

To receive this public service, you must contact the branch of the Republican Center for Social Support of the Population according to the place of permanent registration of the applicant and his family.

In Bashkiria, families with children were reminded of the amount of monthly payments

In Bashkiria, families with children were reminded of the timing and amount of monthly payments. We are talking about benefits that are paid monthly for the first, as well as for the third and subsequent children. A prerequisite is the time of birth and adoption of children - 2018 and 2019.

As reported by the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic, families in which children were born in 2018 need to annually update documents and apply for an extension of the payment.

The benefit is assigned from the moment the application is submitted. The family receives benefits until the child (first-born) turns 1.5 years old.

For the third and subsequent children, payments continue until they reach the age of three.

The following documents must be attached to the application: the child’s birth certificate, an extract from the decision of the guardianship and trusteeship authority to establish guardianship over the child; documents confirming citizenship of the Russian Federation; information about the income of family members (for example, a certificate from the place of work, information about receiving a pension, scholarships, benefits in connection with the birth of a child), etc.

The payment at the birth of the first child in 2019 in Bashkiria is 9,182 rubles.

However, payments are prescribed only if the average income for each family member is no more than 14,328 rubles (in 2018 - 14,247 rubles). That is, it should not exceed 1.5 times the subsistence level of the working-age population in the region for the second quarter of the previous year.

Starting next year, the criterion for a family's need for payment will be changed. The benefit will be assigned if one family member has less than twice the minimum subsistence level for the working-age population established in the region.

8993 rubles - this amount in Bashkiria can be received monthly by families in which a third and subsequent child was born in 2019. When assigning benefits, the average per capita family income is also taken into account. If it is no more than 9,789 rubles, then parents can safely apply for this payment. The family will receive benefits for the third and subsequent children until the child turns three years old.

Families can independently determine whether they qualify for the payment or not. To do this, you need to divide the total amount of income of family members (mother, father, children) for the last three calendar months by three, and then divide by the number of family members, including the child born. If this amount is no more than 9,789 rubles, then the family has the right to receive benefits.

Only when making calculations is it important to take into account income before taxes. That is, not those that were paid after tax was withheld, but those that were accrued.

You also need to remember that documents must be submitted no later than six months after the birth of the child.
