In accordance with government decree No. 343 and the Social Code of St. Petersburg, a regulation was adopted according to which parents of 7 children, as well as guardians or trustees raising children 3 years old, have the right to receive a car for a large family.

Procedure for providing a car:

1. In the multifunctional center, the parent needs to write an application for registration to receive a minibus, attaching his passport, children's certificates, marriage certificate, registration certificates, papers establishing guardianship (trusteeship), copies of them;

• passports of the person entering into an agreement with the bank;
• birth certificates of all children;
• a driver's license issued in the applicant's name;
• a written commitment from the borrower that during 2020 he will not enter into other loan agreements for the purchase of a car.

In addition, the bank will check the credit history of future borrowers. If they have debt on one or more loans, the bank has the right to refuse to sign an agreement for the purchase of a car under a preferential program.

Registration of a car purchased under the program with the traffic police
