Medical examination in the park: doctors from the Healthy Moscow pavilions talk about the importance of regular examinations

get tested and check your health in 46 Healthy Moscow pavilions, which are open in the parks until the end of summer. Doctors working there told mos.ru whether such examinations are popular and why the city needs such projects.

In the summer, citizens can check their health in parks. There are currently 46 Healthy Moscow pavilions open, where the first stage of medical examination will take about an hour.

ultrasound machines , spirographs (to measure lung parameters), pulse oximeters (to determine blood oxygen saturation) and other necessary equipment are installed there.

First, patients go for a pre-medical examination, where their height, weight and other parameters are measured. They will also do an electrocardiogram and measure your blood pressure. Then, in the treatment room, you can donate blood to determine your glucose and cholesterol levels.

For a general analysis blood will be taken from a vein , and for men, according to age, an analysis is provided to diagnose cancer .

After this, the patient goes to a therapist or practitioner , who provides advice and talks about risk factors, if any. Test results can also be received by email.

You can get tested in Moscow parks from 08:00 to 22:00, seven days a week . Since the pavilions began operating, almost 35 thousand citizens have already done this.

Methodologist Svetlana Kozorezova and practitioner Viktor Stepanov, who work in the Healthy Moscow pavilions , told mos.

ru, how citizens feel about such projects and why it is important to regularly check your health.

Mini-clinic in the park as an oasis of health

Svetlana Kozorezova, methodologist at city clinic No. 36

I work as a methodologist at the “Healthy Moscow” pavilion in the park of the 850th anniversary of Moscow. My responsibilities include the distribution of patient flows , monitoring the actions of administrators, as well as resolving issues that arise from therapists or nurses.

From 50 to 90 people are examined , and the number of visitors increases every day. Most Muscovites come on holidays and weekends; on weekdays the flow of people increases in the morning and after work.

People of all ages come for medical examinations, including men, who practically never come to the clinic . They are now even our leaders in terms of attendance.

This is due to the fact that the Healthy Moscow pavilion is located in an accessible place, and you can visit it after work.

Everyone comes with their own problems, and here we have more time to talk with the patient. We talk about risk factors, explain the principles of proper nutrition and a healthy lifestyle . And after the examination, visitors receive clear recommendations and a health passport.

The Healthy Moscow Pavilion is a place where, thanks to well-thought-out logistics, you can check your health not just quickly, but also in a comfortable environment. There is no need to move from floor to floor; other people will not enter the office. This is a small oasis of health.

If a patient needs any additional examinations after the first stage of clinical examination, we enroll him in the clinic to which he is assigned. And, for example, he can undergo an ultrasound examination in our pavilion.

The main advantage of such pavilions is that people come here who do not have time or do not want to go to the clinic . Clinical examination here takes place in a completely different environment. People walk, relax and come in for examination.

They are greeted by a very friendly team who are happy to help visitors.

We have two nurses who take blood tests, two nurses who do electrocardiograms, two general practitioners, and also administrators who help patients not get lost in these “offices.”

After the first stage of clinical examination, we identify risk factors in patients.

They lead to the appearance of various diseases, so once a year you must go to the clinic , visit a doctor and undergo a preventive examination.

In addition, you should lead a healthy lifestyle, eat right and spend more time outdoors .

Move more and watch your diet

Viktor Stepanov, general practitioner of city clinic No. 69

Our pavilion in Perovsky Park is often visited, since there are many vacationers in the park. Examinations are carried out here on weekdays and on weekends. Checking your health in the park is very convenient. Here people walk and relax, they are relaxed, distracted from problems and worries. Citizens notice the pavilion, enter and undergo an examination in a calm atmosphere with positive emotions .

Read also: At what age can you get married without parental consent?

After all the tests, the patient goes to a therapist or practitioner , like me.

If there are any risks, we talk about them and explain how to prevent diseases , such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes or vascular atherosclerosis .

If there are indications for additional examination, we recommend contacting the clinic . make an appointment here ; information machines are installed in the pavilions.

A general practitioner is the same therapist , only with expanded knowledge and additional skills in different areas - otolaryngology , ophthalmology , neurology , surgery and others. At one appointment, we can resolve many issues by examining the ear, throat , nose or eyes . We refer you to specialists if we see a pathology in a severe form, when detailed in-depth examinations are necessary.

How to get a medical examination for an adult How to get a medical examination for a child

People don’t come to the Healthy Moscow pavilions with complaints - they just come in to get examined and find out if there are any abnormalities in the functioning of the cardiovascular system, check the level of cholesterol and glucose in the blood. Many diseases begin and proceed in a latent form. to detect them in order to take timely measures.

Unfortunately, there are patients who do not go to the clinic , do not know about medical examinations, develop illnesses and do not pay attention to them.

There are visitors who have not undergone fluorography for more than five years, although this should be done annually. We tell patients about the need and importance of regular examinations .

I think projects like “Healthy Moscow” need to be developed in order to improve the health of the population.

In general, Muscovites should pay attention to their health and lifestyle . We live in a metropolis, where many people often experience stress due to problems at work or at home. City residents need to exercise more, watch their diet and eat less harmful foods, and also completely get rid of bad habits - smoking, drinking alcoholic beverages.

I will be working in the pavilion until the end of the summer. It cannot be said that it is harder or easier for doctors we work with people everywhere .

Project “Healthy Moscow”, Moscow – review

How to get a medical examination at the Healthy Moscow pavilions? I’ll tell you in my review today what documents are needed and what they do there.

The Healthy Moscow project began working on June 3, 2019. Summer pavilions have been built in Moscow parks where you can undergo medical examinations.

While rollerblading in May, I asked the builder what was being built next to the bike path? When they told me that the clinic was for the summer, I was shocked. It would be better if they built a cafe, I thought then.

Healthy Moscow pavilions

But now I understand that the “Healthy Moscow” project is very useful. I completed the entire medical examination in 35 minutes! This is surprising, but even in paid clinics more time is spent.

Healthy Moscow reviews

  • So, I'm telling you.
  • Pavilions in the parks are open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

You can come up at any time with a passport and a policy (it seems that a policy is not necessarily needed, it can be found in the database). But I took it, they found me according to the policy. I was there on Sunday evening and there was no queue.

At the front desk, they fill out the information in a log and find the medical record on the computer. Next, you need to fill out consent for examination and processing of personal data (standard procedure before an appointment at the clinic).

Next, fill out the form electronically. There are 40 questions, they are about health, nutrition, about illnesses of relatives (have there been heart attacks, strokes, oncology, etc.) All this is done on the screen of these green terminals.

Questions important for diagnosis. Consultants stand nearby and tell you how to send answers. Even grandmothers who are not technically savvy can do this with the help of a consultant.

Next, they are given a “Route Sheet” and sent to the offices.

In room 1 I donated blood. One nurse takes a finger prick for glucose and cholesterol - the results are ready immediately.

Then in the same office I change to another chair - there they take blood from a vein - an advanced clinical blood test.

The results will be sent by email, but you need to activate the service in the application (they also showed everything how to do this), if there is no application, everything will be stored in the card at the clinic.

Next is the 2nd room: they measure height, weight, blood pressure, do an ECG - the ECG results are also reported immediately.

In the next room, the examination is carried out by a general practitioner. There they gave me a jar for analysis (tests are taken from morning to 12 noon).

The doctor sent me for fluorography, which I did there, in a specialized car parked nearby. Fluorography is digital, and the results are reported immediately!

Fluorograph works in parks on weekends

I received a report on my health, quickly took tests and did the necessary procedures. In a regular clinic, this would take a lot of time: we take blood from a finger and from a vein in different rooms, and there are always queues. And you generally need to sign up for fluorography.

Here you can really do everything while walking.

Examinations may be different for different ages. According to indications, there is a 2nd stage of medical examination.

  1. Everything, fast, convenient, free, doctors and staff are friendly - I’m very pleased!
  2. At the final stage, it was recommended to undergo an examination by a gynecologist at the antenatal clinic and see a therapist for test results.
  3. Recommendations on nutrition and lifestyle were given.
  • I recommend checking out the Healthy Moscow pavilions.
  • We are also completing the construction of the “Healthy Moscow” site, where health training will be held!

I’ll add (13.06.19) . The test results arrived by email on Wednesday, I took everything on Sunday, that is, 3 days later.

The downside is that this database is not available to a general practitioner, that is, at the clinic, the doctor could not look at my tests at the appointment, although they said in the pavilion that everything would be fine! So you need to take everything with you that you gave and sent.

Thank you for your attention to the review!

Muscovites are invited to city parks for a summer health test

In the capital's Sokolniki Park there is a Healthy Moscow pavilion, where residents of the capital can check their health. For a medical examination, you will need a passport or driver’s license, a compulsory medical insurance policy (if not already attached to a Moscow clinic). We tell you which doctors see you and how long the medical examination lasts.

In Sokolniki Park, the Healthy Moscow pavilion opened just a day ago, on June 6. Doctors from the Vinogradov City Clinical Hospital and Children's City Clinic No. 52 work here.

The pavilion is open from early morning (8:00) until evening (10:00). No lunch breaks or weekends.

Therefore, you can drop by for half an hour to see a doctor at any convenient time - before or after work, during your lunch break or on the weekend.

A body composition assessment will help you find out what's inside

At the entrance to the pavilion you are greeted by a smiling girl - a nurse administrator. I wonder if I have my Moscow compulsory medical insurance policy, passport or driver’s license with me.

Afterwards, he draws up a route sheet with the offices that need to be visited: pre-medical examination, tests, and so on.

By the way, all data is immediately entered into a single electronic EMIAS card, which is seen by doctors from the district clinic where the person is assigned.

My colleague and I turn on our stopwatch and begin the experiment. The first stop is a pre-medical examination. Everything is as simple as possible here. The doctor measures weight, height, blood pressure. At the same time, he asks whether we lead a sedentary lifestyle and how we spend our free time. The answers help the doctor piece together a picture of a person’s physical activity.

“If we see that a person is clearly overweight or an athlete or a very thin person came to the appointment, then we additionally conduct a bioimpedance analysis. In simple terms, this is an assessment of body composition. Body mass index, fat mass, skeletal muscle mass, and so on are measured.

Based on the results, the doctor can identify the risk of developing certain diseases: atherosclerosis, diabetes, kidney stones and many other diseases.

If a person needs to lose weight, then this analysis will help the nutritionist create the right diet,” says nurse Zarema Bazaeva .

You need to take care of your health from a young age

The second stop is the treatment room. Here they take a general blood test and check cholesterol and glucose levels. Separately, men are tested for PSA levels (prostate-specific antigen - a test that allows early detection of prostate cancer).

In young people, these indicators are most often normal, which cannot be said about people of the older generation. For example, if your blood sugar level is high, doctors recommend reviewing your diet and lifestyle.

After the examination, a health passport is issued

We also check eye pressure, do a heart cardiogram (ECG), and diagnose the mammary glands. At the end - a consultation with a therapist. The doctor issues a health passport with a detailed medical report. It took us 47 minutes for a full inspection.

“If we identify any risk factors in a person, then in the EMIAS system we leave an electronic request for an additional visit to specialized doctors (neurologist, cardiologist, oncologist). And doctors from district clinics are already taking control of such a person, and he undergoes further examinations in the hospital,” says general practitioner Victoria Chemdush .

Children's pulse and blood pressure are measured

Children from five to 18 years old are examined by a pediatrician. They measure blood pressure, pulse and oxygen saturation level, listen to the lungs, look at the throat, lymph nodes, and so on.

“Children’s body mass index is also calculated and individual nutritional recommendations are given. If the child comes on an empty stomach, then, with the permission of the parents, we do a blood test and look at the glucose level,” says Guzel Rakhmetullova , chief physician of Children’s City Clinic No. 52.

In one and a half days (remember, it’s a weekday), more than 50 people passed the summer health test in Sokolniki Park. There are mothers with children, older people, office workers and ordinary workers. On weekends, doctors expect an influx of Muscovites wanting to undergo a medical examination.

“I learned about the Healthy Moscow pavilion from the media. Today is my day off, I went to the park for a walk. I decided to go check it out. In less than an hour I visited all the offices. For my age, everything is normal. I urge all Muscovites, both young and old, to spend an hour and get diagnosed,” says 51-year-old Alexander Nikitin .

A doctor is nearby: how to check your health in Moscow parks

On June 3, health pavilions opened in eight Moscow parks. At the “Healthy Moscow” point, citizens will be able to measure blood and eye pressure, check the functioning of the heart and lungs, find out height, weight, waist circumference and blood condition using 30 indicators, as well as get advice from a general practitioner and undergo cancer screening. We tell you where and how to do this.

portal of the mayor and government of Moscow

Muscovites will be able to check their health in Perovsky Park, the park near the Raduga ponds, in the Meshcherskoye recreation area, in the Yunosti Square recreation area, in the Pletaev park, in the park near the Lyublino metro station, in the park named after the 850th anniversary of Moscow , in Pechatniki Park.

In June, “Healthy Moscow” pavilions of the capital’s health department will open in another three dozen parks. Throughout the summer, more than forty points will operate in the green areas of the city.

In easily erected prefabricated modules, they will create an analogue of a city clinic with separate medical rooms: a treatment room, a pre-medical examination, a therapist or general practitioner, an ultrasound, a pediatrician, a medical specialist, an office for receiving tests and a “Health Center”.

Each pavilion will be equipped with modern diagnostic equipment: an ultrasound machine, an electrocardiograph, a spirograph that measures lung readings, a pulse oximeter that determines blood oxygen saturation readings, as well as equipment for determining body composition.

Moscow 24/Mikhail Sipko

The health check will only take an hour. According to the procedure, this is the same medical examination, but the difference is that you do not need to go to the clinic. Those busy with work, school or caring for young children can learn about their health status and then continue to walk in the park and ride a bike.

The Healthy Moscow pavilions will be open seven days a week and without lunch breaks, from 8:00 to 22:00. The examination results will be immediately entered into the electronic card. If you need additional examination by a specialist, you can make an appointment with him here.

Since some Muscovites do not come to the clinic to check their health, although there is a state medical examination program, we will meet them halfway. Where there are a lot of people in the summer - in parks. The pavilions are made in a modern, convenient, comfortable way.

Alexey Khripun

Head of the Moscow Health Department

“Visitors will expect doctors who will smile and answer all questions, so the time there will be pleasant and with great benefit,” said Alexey Khripun.

According to his data, approximately a third of Muscovites in 2018 have never been to a clinic; these are mostly young, active, working people. “The reasons may be different for everyone.

But it’s a known fact that in order to live long and be healthy, you need to undergo regular preventive measures,” the head of the Department of Health emphasized. He recalled that in half of the cases, many health problems can either be avoided altogether or identified in the early stages.

“Early diagnosis, especially of cancer, significantly increases the effectiveness of treatment,” added Alexey Khripun.

Moscow 24/Mikhail Sipko

You must take your passport, a copy of it, or a driver’s license with you to the examination. Those who are not attached to a metropolitan clinic will also need a compulsory medical insurance policy. If you have a passport and insurance policy, they will be attached to the medical institution directly in the pavilion.

Then the administrator will check the data on the visitor’s last medical examination using the Unified Medical Information and Analytical System of Moscow (UMIAS) and issue a route sheet with a list of studies that need to be completed and the necessary rooms.

The examination will begin in the pre-medical reception room. The nurse will measure height, weight, waist circumference, intraocular pressure, and take an ECG - electrocardiogram. The received data will be recorded in the route sheet and the visitor will be sent to the treatment room.

Here, a healthcare worker will take blood from a fingertip for a rapid test to determine the level of glucose and cholesterol, and blood from a vein will be examined for a general analysis. The condition of the lungs will be checked in a mobile fluorography room. After the examination, the radiologist will describe the results and issue a conclusion.

Moscow 24/Mikhail Sipko

The examination will be completed by a physician or general practitioner. The doctor will analyze the test results, conduct a survey and examination, after which he will establish a diagnosis, determine the health group, give recommendations, and may refer you to an ultrasound room or other additional examinations. After all procedures, the visitor will be given a health passport, and the results will be entered into the electronic medical record.

The Health Department has been conducting the Healthy Moscow on-site program for the second year. Last year, the project sites were visited by more than two hundred thousand people in 11 Moscow parks.

Medical examination in Moscow parks

29.11.2019

Some citizens of the Russian Federation do not undergo medical examination due to lack of time or the need to stand in long lines along with people in need of treatment. In the capital, there is a “Healthy Moscow” program, which provides for medical examinations in specially designated areas.

What examinations can be taken in Moscow parks?

The program has a wider range of examinations than those provided for in standard medical examinations. During a medical examination in the park, you can receive the following medical services:

  • lab tests;
  • pressure measurement;
  • collection of anthropometric data;
  • calculation of body mass index;
  • ECG;
  • fluorography;
  • measurement of intraocular pressure.

As an additional diagnosis, the patient has the opportunity to undergo an ultrasound of the internal organs, thyroid gland and lymph nodes. According to the doctor's indications, a person is prescribed spirography, pulse oximetry, and bioimpedance measurement.

Each patient must fill out a questionnaire that will allow us to study genetic predisposition and identify early signs of chronic diseases.

Pavilions “Healthy Moscow”

List of doctors who will be seen at the Healthy Moscow pavilions

In each pavilion, examinations are mandatory by therapists. Highly specialized doctors take medications on a schedule, which should be taken into account during the examination.

You can get advice:

  • pediatrician;
  • ophthalmologist;
  • otorhinolaryngologist;
  • allergist.

Opening hours and locations of health pavilions in Moscow parks

Large pavilions are located in the following parks:

  • “Poklonnaya Gora”;
  • public garden on Olonetsky Proezd;
  • recreation area "Meshcherskoye";
  • VDNH;
  • Izmailovsky Park;
  • Museum-Reserve "Kolomenskoye";
  • Khodynskoye Pole Park;
  • GMZ "Tsaritsyno";
  • Landscape park "Mitino".

The remaining pavilions are small. All points are open from 08:00 to 22:00, but please note that tests and doctors’ appointments have a time limit, so you should find out the latest information on the website or by contacting the pavilion staff.

How to properly undergo examination in the pavilions of Moscow parks

In order to undergo a medical examination and receive advice as quickly as possible, you must not neglect preparation.

When visiting an institution, a citizen will need to provide a package of documents and then fill out a form. Employees will explain the rules for undergoing an examination: fluorography, then taking tests and collecting anthropometric data, ECG. After receiving the results, the patient has the right to consult a therapist and collect a health passport.

What documents are needed

If a citizen is attached to a Moscow clinic, then when visiting the institution it is enough to provide a passport or driver’s license. If a citizen is not assigned to a hospital, then he must bring his compulsory medical insurance policy with him.

How to get test results

All laboratory test results (blood, feces and urine) are sent to the patient by email. Therefore, when filling out the survey questionnaire, you should carefully check the correctness of your personal data. The rest of the tests are performed using the express method, so the citizen receives the conclusion on the spot.

How to check your health in Moscow parks

Since the beginning of summer, more than 170 thousand Muscovites, walking in city parks, have already checked their health for free in the Healthy Moscow pavilions. Elena Bogorodskaya, deputy head of the Moscow Department of Health, told an RG correspondent who can go to doctors and how not to run into scammers.

All summer, 46 Healthy Moscow pavilions operate in city parks. For what? After all, Muscovites can always go to the clinic if necessary...

Elena Bogorodskaya: “Healthy Moscow” is aimed primarily at creating the habit of a healthy lifestyle. That is why doctors went to where Muscovites like to spend their free time: to city parks and recreation areas.

The Healthy Moscow pavilions are open every day throughout the summer, so even the busiest Muscovite can find time for an examination. The townspeople appreciated this: in the first month and a half, more than 170 thousand people underwent medical examination.

“Lean clinic” will save time and nerves for both patients and doctors

And what is especially important: if the clinics are mostly visited by older Muscovites, the pavilions are mostly attended by young and middle-aged people. In particular, the share of young people aged 18 to 40 years old increased from 23 to 28%, and middle-aged Muscovites from 40 to 65 years old - from 40 to 50%.

I think that now there will be even more visitors to these pavilions, since now you can get consultations with specialists and pediatricians there. They hold receptions according to a separate schedule. And mobile fluorographs, which worked near the pavilions only on weekends, will now work daily.

More than 9 thousand people have already had their lung condition checked.

Where are the doctors in the parks from? They were removed from hospitals and clinics and they were left without specialists?

Elena Bogorodskaya: Specialists from medical prevention rooms and health centers work in the Healthy Moscow pavilions. Summer is vacation time for Muscovites, and these offices are not as in demand as during the rest of the year. Therefore, their absence does not affect the availability of medical care in clinics. But there are no doctors from hospitals in the pavilions.

Can you visit the Healthy Moscow pavilion only in your area? Say, if a resident of Vykhino decides to take a walk in Fili Park, will they be able to examine him there?

Elena Bogorodskaya: They can, just like in any of the 46 pavilions. The main thing is that the person is assigned to a city clinic - the pavilion administrator immediately checks this using EMIAS. And if the patient is not assigned, he will be assigned if a Moscow compulsory medical insurance policy is presented.

The Healthy Moscow pavilions are open from 8.00 to 22.00 without breaks and weekends

All Healthy Moscow pavilions form a single digital circuit with city clinics. That is, even if a visitor undergoes a medical examination in a pavilion that does not belong to his clinic, the examination data will still end up in his electronic medical record and will be available to the doctor of his clinic.

If a Muscovite needs consultation with a specialist, he will be sent to the same clinic to which he is assigned. Moreover, for this he does not even need to additionally go to a therapist. Thus, about 56% of visitors made an appointment with the necessary doctors remotely in our pavilions.

More than 12 thousand patients, who were diagnosed with any health abnormalities during the examination in the pavilions, received referrals for in-depth studies.

More than 4.1 thousand of them have already been examined, and about 3,600 have been diagnosed and prescribed treatment.

All test results taken in the Healthy Moscow pavilions can be sent to the patient by email and to the clinic to which he is assigned.

If any deviations are detected, the person will receive an SMS notification or an invitation from a clinic employee to see a doctor. As of today, 5,140 people out of 42,596, whose tests raised questions among doctors, have gone to see doctors at their clinics.

A new clinic is being completed in the Begovoy district in northern Moscow

Can guests of the capital also undergo medical examination in the park?

Elena Bogorodskaya: The Healthy Moscow program is designed for Muscovites, so when visiting the pavilion you must have a Moscow compulsory medical insurance policy.

Is it possible to make an appointment at the pavilion in advance? Or will you have to wait in line?

Elena Bogorodskaya: Reception of visitors in all pavilions is carried out on a first-come, first-served basis. Thanks to well-thought-out logistics, all examinations can be completed in about an hour.

There are usually no queues there, but there are times when a certain pavilion is in high demand. This mainly happens in the morning and evening, when people go to work or return home. Therefore, small crowds of visitors are possible.

But in this case, additional doctors, as a rule, begin to conduct appointments in the pavilion.

Recently, Moscow authorities warned about scammers copying the “Healthy Moscow” project. How not to run into them?

Elena Bogorodskaya: It should be remembered that absolutely all medical services and tests in the pavilions are free for visitors. The examinations are carried out as part of compulsory medical insurance, and even if additional examination is required, the patient will be sent to the district clinic. Do they require money? Say goodbye immediately.
